Second time's the charm! We're shipping 1.21.5 Release Candidate 2, fixing some final issues before releasing the Spring To Life drop tomorrow!

Fixed bugs in 1.21.5 Release Candidate 2

• MC-295665 - There is no blending in new chunks
• MC-295688 - Piston movement is not applying block effects to entities

Get the Release Candidate

Release Candidates are available for Minecraft: Java Edition. To install the Release Candidate, open up the Minecraft Launcher and enable snapshots in the "Installations" tab.

Testing versions can corrupt your world, so please backup and/or run them in a different folder from your main worlds.
